Heath Week 2026: Woodbury Common Trail Run

Woodbury Common Trail Run Trail run on Woodbury Common in support of The Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust for Heath Week 2026. Meeting at The Estuary view car park for a 6:30pm start. The distance of the run will be between 5 to 6k with a few little challenging but fun hills thrown in to make it just that bit more interesting. This run is part of our #RunAndTalk programme encouraging the benefit to your mental health through running. We run as a group on this very scenic run whilst bearing in mind this is a trail run with loose stones and uneven pathways. We will start with a group photo followed by a guided warm up by a UK Athletics qualified running coach, this run is also supported by England Athletics qualified leaders in running fitness.
