Heath Week 2026: Butterfly Walk

Butterfly Walk Discover local butterflies with the RSPB team on a guided walk through the heaths and woodland ride. Learn to spot different species on the wing in July plus any other insects we may encounter. A perfect outing for nature lovers of all ages! This event is free but booking via email is appreciated.   Know before you go… Dress for the weather, sturdy footwear recommended for uneven terrain at site. Sorry, no dogs at this event. The walk will take a leisurely pace but can be uneven in places- not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.   This event is organised as part of Heath Week 2026. Heath Week celebrates our heathland heritage with a week of events reflecting the ecology, history and recreational importance of the Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve.
