Seachange: Health Walk

Health Walk A guided walk around the beautiful Otter Estuary with Estuary Ranger, Rick Lockwood. Seachange Health Walks are low level weekly walks starting from Seachange and suitable for people with mobility aids/rehabilitating etc. Seachange walks are provided free of charge however Seachange request all participants to register and complete a disclaimer to take responsibility for fitness to take part in these activities and to let us know in advance if you plan on attending a walk. Please wear walking shoes and clothes suitable for the weather including a hat for either sun or cold. A stick may also be useful to help navigate certain areas, and we suggest taking water. Dogs on leads welcome.   NB: IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER PLEASE PHONE RECEPTION ON 01395 446896 AT 09.00 TO SEE IF THE WALK IS GOING AHEAD. WALKS WILL NOT GO AHEAD IF THERE ARE OFFICIAL WEATHER WARNINGS IN PLACE.
