Heath Week 2025: Landscape Recovery Walk

Landscape Recovery Walk Join Dr Sam Bridgewater for a walk across Mutters Moor to find out about this conservation area and the wider Heaths to Sea Landscape Recovery Project. Mid-way through the walk enjoy wide-ranging views across the Otter valley to Woodbury Common, where Sam will explain the exiting plans to create a nature rich, ecologically diverse landscape, connected by wildlife corridors and new reserves for nature across this amazing landscape. Please note there are no toilets or refreshments on site. Dogs on leads are welcome. Attendees must be able to walk and stand for short periods of time. This event is not wheelchair/pushchair accessible. No prior knowledge required.   This event is organised as part of Heath Week 2025. Heath Week celebrates our heathland heritage with a week of events reflecting the ecology, history and recreational importance of the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths.
