Heath Week 2024: Health Walk

Health Walk A guided walk across the beautiful Pebblebed Heaths scenery for 2.5 hours with wide open views and woodland. We will follow pathways across the heathland but the ground has loose stones underfoot so appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn. Please bring your own water and refreshments for the stop halfway. Participants can start at either meet at Seachange at 9:30am or meet at Four Firs Car Park to start the walk from site at 10am. Please note there are no toilets at Four Firs. Dogs on leads are welcome. This is Pebblebed Heaths terrain so the ground can have loose stones. There are also gentle slopes. You must wear strong well supported walking shoes, a hat and bring sun cream and plenty of water as the weather may be hot.   This event is organised as part of Heath Week 2024. Heath Week celebrates our heathland heritage with a week of events reflecting the ecology, history and recreational importance of the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths.
